The Team Leader (TL) reports directly to the program manager, and is the direct supervisor of the agents. Conducts coaching, gives assistance to the agents, monitoring the stats and making sure agents are following the protocol . Responsible for making sure sales recordings are uploaded and validated. Responsible for taking client and quality assessments in order to come up with an action plan on how to coach and train each agent. Effectively handles calls, follow-ups or closing sales for agents. Ensures that the team is adequately manned at all shifts.
At least a college graduate of any business course or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in the a BPO company in the same capacity.
Qualified Candidates will receive commissions and incentives on top of the basic salary for this position. |
