Robinsons Retail Group is looking for Mall Manager to manage the overall mall operations of the company in Abreeza.
- Responsible in managing the over-all operations concerns of the mall which includes building administration, security and maintenance of the building and equipment.
- Responsible in conducting inspections, promotion of smooth tenant and customer relationship.
- Ensurea tenants’ proper compliance on lease agreements.
Shall handle proper coordination during mall activities and special events.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, not more than 35yrs old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related or Engineering-related course.
Strong leadership skills - Preferably with Managerial experience specializing in Marketing/Business Development, and Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Job role in Property Management or Property Leasing and Construction/Project Management.
