Job Duties of the Restaurant General Manager: • Ensure smooth operations in every aspect of the restaurant • Ensure customers receive exceptional service • Ensure current company standards are met and exceeded via daily operations, inventory, etc. • Build positive relationships with vendors, guests, and employees • Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels • Hiring, Training, Coaching, Corrective Action, Terminations Skills & experience we are looking for: • At least 2 years Restaurant Managing Experience • Restaurant opening/closing experience is required • Food Preparation knowledge a plus • Knowledge of marketing • Ability to market to community and drive local marketing • Experience in running every aspect of the unit (scheduling, inventory/ordering, maintenance, cost controls/P&L, etc.) • Dedicated to professional growth for yourself and your team • Ambition to be the best and work for the best • Demonstration of excellent team leadership skills • Possess excellent Staff Management skills Submit your application letter and resume to tanya@nowcandoit.com
