Human Resources Assistant Qualifications:• Male or Female • 25 to 28 years old • Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management / Psychology or any related course. • At least one (1) year experience in HR field. • Must be knowledgeable in HR processes/functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Timekeeping. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications . • Good verbal and written communications skills. • Must be results driven, can work under pressure and under minimal supervision. • Goal oriented, adaptable and with strong analytical skills. • Can start immediately. • Salary : Minimum Wage • Location of Work : Km. 11, MacArthur Highway, Dumoy, Davao City Industrial Maintenance Technician /Industrial Electrician (1 Vacant Position) Qualifications:  - Male - Single or Married  - 21 - 25 years old  - Graduate of Industrial Technician /Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering  - preferably TESDA certified on Building Wiring and Installation Plant Coordinator  Qualifications - preferably Male - 22 to 27 years old - Graduate of any course - At least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in manufacturing industries - Knowlegeable in HACCP practices and system - Must have knowledge in GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ) - Must have background in plant operations - Results-oriented, resourceful and have good leadership qualities - Must be willing to work on rotating schedule - Physically fit and willing to work long hours and under pressure and can work under minimal supervision - with advance computer skills - Davao City based General Description:- Supervises 200+ members assigned in the production/plant. - Manage members schedules and over see the all out operation provided by the BMPC in the client's plant - Overseas and manages the Plant operations per client guarantees. - Regularly monitors consumable consumption,minimum shut down time and daily/weekly reports. - Responsible for Manpower planning, Manpower deployment and training. Maintenance Staff  Qualifications - preferably Male - 22 to 27 years old - Graduate of Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related Vocational Courses - At least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in manufacturing industries - Knows how to read blue prints - Results-oriented, resourceful and have good leadership qualities - Must be willing to work on rotating schedule - Physically fit and willing to work long hours and under pressure and can work under minimal supervision - with advance computer skills - Davao City based GENERAL FUNCTION:The plant mechanic provides basic mechanical maintenance on existing equipment in manufacturing facilities. The tasks carried out by this position will include, but not limited to, the service, repair, and maintenance of processes and utilities machinery as instructed by the Maintenance Manager. Quality Assurance Analyst  Qualifications - preferably Male - 22 to 27 years old - Must be Technically competent with familiarity on Quality Assurance concepts and Quality Management Systems - Knowledge in ISO, GMP, and HACCP Documentations is an advantage but not a necessity - Energetic, Responsible, Honest, Hardworking and Dedicated - Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of quality system for incoming materials, in-process products and finished products. - Graduate of Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Food Technology/Biology - At least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in food manufacturing. - Results-oriented, resourceful and have good leadership qualities - - Physically fit and willing to work long hours and under pressure and can work under minimal supervision - with advance computer skills - Davao City based
