• With good interpersonal skills
• Willing to do overtime work
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision, dependable and reliable

• Can handle multi-task responsibilities
• Organized, customer-oriented and with a cheerful disposition

THE JOB:

• Prepares business correspondence, memo, etc
• Prepares Bidding requirements
• Prepares quotations and proposals to clients
• Receives Incoming Calls
• Purchase Orders
• Monitors lead generation updates
• Prepares Out of Town Replenishment
• Prepares Stock Requisition Form (SRF)
• Prepares Monthly Report and Sales Update
