ABFI and its continuing growth with the market’s increasing demand for manpower is in need of the following for SubZero Ice & Cold Storage, Inc., Feedmill and JPPI:

1. (2) PLANT MANAGER

Job Requirement includes but not limited to:

·         Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures. Implements HACCP, GMP, & SSOP programs. Responsible for plant production goals. Confer with department heads/staff to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, dispatching, and trucking for delivery. Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.

·         Directs all activities required for producing feed at optimal cost, on schedule and within acceptable quality criteria. Successful interaction with Transportation, Ingredient Procurement and Nutrition/Quality Assurance is essential.

Managing supply contracts and acquiring goods and services. Also follow-up and monitor deliveries and evaluate suppliers
