- at least two years experience in Physico-Chem and Microbiological Laboratory in food industry.
- knowledgeable in Food Management System.
- willing to work in shifting schedule.

Area Manager - Davao

Responsibilities:

The Area Manager has the overall responsibility of managing the daily operations of a cluster of apparel retail stores for Plains and Prints or RAF brand. She is tasked to achieve the objectives of delivering growth, maximizing sales and productivity, maintaining and sustaining standards of customer service and other areas of stores. She provides the team with a stimulating and supportive environment, driving and controlling team performance through training and development.

Requirements:

• Female, 26 to 32 years old, at least 5ft, 4” tall, with pleasing personality, fashionable and professional bearing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• At least 1-5 years progressive experience in apparel retail, the last two years as Area or Store Manager capacity

• Solid understanding of business software, business operations and targets, cost-benefit analysis and ROI in apparel retail environment

• Proven skills in Sales, Marketing and Merchandising (Visual and Strategic)

• Effective leadership and people management skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• Forward thinking and targets-oriented

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino.
