Liaison Officer

The position is responsible for securing TADECO and North affiliation companies’ patients confined to different accredited hospitals in Panabo, Tagum, Sto. Tomas, and Davao City of PHILAMCARE as Health Provider, as well as to monitor and check the procedures and medicines given to each patient.

• Must be a BS Nursing graduate.
• With considerable level of proficiency in computer software application.
• Must have effective oral/written communications skills.
• With very good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Panabo City.

Liaison Officer

I.Minimum Requirement
Education- At least a graduate of four (4) degree course
Experience- At least 1 year work related-experience
Skills- Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting systems required.
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Must possess sound customer service handling (demand, conflict, etc)
- Must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to outstanding service and the ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Others - Between 23 to 35 years old
- Preferably male
- Some travel required
- Ability to be available evenings and weekends as needed in support of operations
- Holder of Professional Driver’s License (Res. Code of 1,2,3)
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced ever-changing work environment
- Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; possibly work weekends or evenings
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction

Duties and Responsibilities
a. In full charge of all the liaise functions of the whole company.
b. Responsible in claiming impounded taxi units, including negotiations and arrangements for the charges, penalties and violations to all government agencies concerned
c. Responsible for the following:
i.Transfer of ownership (from private to company owned/use)
ii. Application franchise from LTFRB
iii. Registration OR/CR LTO Pilot
iv. Resealing of each units from LTO Central
d. Ensures proper documentation of the deals and negotiation with concerned government agencies.
