PLANT MANAGER
Job Requirement includes but not
limited to:

Direct and coordinate plant operations within company
policies and procedures. Implements HACCP, GMP, & SSOP programs.
Responsible for plant production goals. Confer with department heads/staff to
ensure coordination of purchasing, production, dispatching, and trucking for
delivery. Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.

Directs all activities required for producing feed at
optimal cost, on schedule and within acceptable quality criteria. Successful
interaction with Transportation, Ingredient Procurement and Nutrition/Quality
Assurance is essential.
