Qualifications:

Female/ Male not over 30 years old Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science In Industrial Engineering Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees  Specializing in Manufacturing/Production  Operations or equivalent.  Must have good scholastic records. With high sense of urgency and initiative.

Thunder Tactical Gear Needs Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee production operations of the company directly reporting to the General Manager.
• Shall be responsible in identifying and resolving production-related issues.
• Shall ensure that production output meets customer standards and requirements.
• Shall be responsible in managing performance of the Sewing, Finishing, Quality Control, Outbound Logistics sections of the company.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
• Applicant must be female and not over 28 years old.
• Must have good scholastic records.
• Responsible and hardworking.
• Highly dependable.
• With high sense of urgency and initative.
• Able to relate well with people.
• Must be organized, mature and a self-driven individual.
• Demonstrate consistent execution to meet goals and deadlines.
• Has the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Willing to work long hours.
• Preferably with relevant experience.
