1. To dispense correct prescription. To read and check carefully the prescription to be dispensed.
2. To record and keep a file of all prescription filled up. Ordinary, DD preparation, precursor and essential chemical, and DD if any. Update record books.
3. To have a record book for selected non-prescription drugs.
4. To submit semi-annual report on wholesale for exempt preparation to DDB.
5. To see to it that we don't sell adulterated, substandard, unregistered, expired and sample drugs or products.
