Recruitment • Responsible for the recruitment and selection. • Implements the recruitment process and its components. • Orients company policies and rules to newly hired employee. • Prepare employment contract for newly hired employee and/or absorbed employees. Compensation and Benefits• Reminds manager/supervisors for quarterly evaluation/appraisal to regular employees. • Monitors the daily time record and overtime of employee for submission to Head Office a day after the payroll cut-off. • Submit payroll instructions and deductions every payroll cut off. • Reminds manager/supervisor for approving of LOTS and TIMS every cut-off. • Process SSS online posting and Loan Remittance monitoring. • Process clearance of employees who have resigned and/or ended their contract. • Facilitates quit claim signing of employees who ended and/or resigned from the company.

Qualifications:

• The primary function of this position is to assist in providing HR services to the management and employees of a medium sized company in Davao City. 
• The duties and responsibilities cover the various areas of Human Resources Management such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation management, culture management, performance management, etc. 
• The ideal candidate must be 21-27 years of age and a graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management. 
• No previous work experience is required as the successful candidate shall be given appropriate job training/mentoring.
