1. Safe keeps the branch cash fund and maintains logbook for incoming and out-going documents in the vault.
2. Maintains confidentiality of the vault number combination and passwords, and safe keeps office keys. 3. Monitors and updates bank accounts of the branch. 4. Receives loan payment from clients. 5. Issues Official Receipts for all cash/check payments received. 6. Records and deposits cash/check collections daily. 7. Posts payments in and updates the individual ledger card. | |
