To strengthen our team, we are in need of HR Supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR department. He/ She will work closely with the HR Manager in initiating HR interventions, meeting objectives, targets and mandates of the Human Resources Department especially in the areas of enhancing personnel welfare and instilling a culture of performance.

The ideal candidate:

  • Male/ Female
  • Bachelor’s/ College degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in various aspects of HR Management & Development, Training and Development, Organizational Development, International certification.

Interested applicants must also be:

  • A hands-on team player, who can work under little supervision;
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and eager to learn;
  • Systematic, disciplined and result-driven;
  • Efficient, reliable and responsible;
  • Proficient in oral and written communication.
  • Can work harmoniously in a multi-cultural environment.
