*Corporate trainers preside over groups of individuals as they lead them through a training program designed to address their workplace skills.
*They need to maintain a position of leadership, which requires highly defined interpersonal skills.
*The trainer must be able to build a comfortable rapport with both clients and learners and must also be an astute listener in order to properly identify and address their needs and concerns.
