Dormitel Supervisor

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• With good command in English both oral and written.
• Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision.
• Must be hardworking.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Purchasing and inventory skills is an asset.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards in the dormitory.
• Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping team leaders and the room attendants.
• Coordinate inspection or inspect guest rooms, guest areas and employee areas and assess compliance with all established standards as they relate to cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Produce schedules for employees in accordance with staffing guides/productivity requirements. Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels. Review assignments of employees and make adjustments.
• Motivate and direct the Housekeeping team to ensure consistent and outstanding productivity in turndown, guest room and public area services.
• Train and counsel staff in duties and policies.
• Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget.
• Providing guest assistance and satisfaction; and completing all necessary administrative duties and reports.
• Performs other functions as directed by the management.
