§  Acquisition of competitive quotations on the most favourable credit terms from suppliers in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures

§  Ensure that suppliers comply with the parameters of the Supply Agreement, and execute delivery in accordance with the agreement and within programme

§  Preparation of letter of credit

§  Process purchase order

§  Raise Purchase Order for Head Office supplier and obtain approvals up to the correct authorisation level.

§  Manage the procurement database

§  Monitor the delivery of imported equipment from pier/airport to project location.
