ABFI and its continuing growth with the market’s increasing demand for manpower is in need of the following for SubZero Ice & Cold Storage, Inc., Feedmill and JPPI:

1. ACCOUNTING HEAD

Manage all accounting functions in accordance to accounting principles and fundamentals, practices, and procedures.

Job role:

1.    Review current practice and development of its implementing guidelines if the same adhered to proper accounting procedure, namely:

a. Check and balance procedure on payables, cashiering, and disbursement.

b. Bookkeeping procedure and financial reporting and general ledger structure.

2. Disseminate proper information on the approved implementation and able to coach to whole department its guiding principles to ensure operating-procedural reporting and data entry are prompted properly.

3. Handles training to all subordinates on related principles needed to outdo operational function in accounting.

4. Strong background in all legal regulations and compliance and handles financial highlights to management.

5. Resolves issues in accounting and advice management on all legal requirements, regulations, and compliance. Able to coach subordinates to meet schedules and resolve technical problems  and ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting procedure and processes including year ending reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

6. Handles budgeting procedure and forecasting activities and serves us Budget Officer to yearly budget hearing.

7. Must establish a secrecy agreement to all subordinates in valuing all information confidential and internal controls.

8. Analyzes financial and operational reports of accounting supervisor.

9. Submits monthly financial reports to management.

10. Issuing office of all memorandums and correspondence to various Accounting concerns. 

11. Shall establish Operational Manual to whole Accounting Department for management review.

Required knowledge:

1. Certified Public Accountant with eight years and above progressive experience in the same field.

2. Fluent in English both written and verbal. Technical writing skill is preferred.

3. Good in interpersonal relations and behavioral traits.

4. Proficient in all MS Office.

2. LICENSED MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Requirement:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

General work scope:

·       Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements and reviewing bids from contractors.

• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.

Job Requirement/Skills:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

At least 1 year minimum experience is required

4. VETIRINARY MEDICINE

General work scope:
Primary

            Provide general assistance to Operations Manager and able to suggest to management how to improve programs and at the same time functional to be effective in all methodology and techniques with sound analysis in making reports and documentations.

Secondary

1.    Responsible in providing veterinary advice on health care and well-being of flocks to deliver optimal performance on bird’s health.

2.    Develop and administer protocol on: disease monitoring, disease susceptibility, prevention programs, and vaccination programs.

3.    Respond with urgency in trouble shooting bird’s health and disease issue that may arise regardless time and situation.

4.    Train and supervise farm workers on bird’s health policies and procedures including but not limited to vaccination, proper euthanasia, birds handing and disease monitoring and prevention.

Job Requirement/Skills:

1.    Graduate of Veterinary Medicine. Licensed Professional/Underboard.

2.    Knowledge in farm operations especially in poultry or hog farm. Extensive experience or theory is preferred or combination of both.

3.    Sound communication skills in all levels and good command in English especially in technical writing.

4.    Trustworthy and has wide sense of leadership.

5.    Highly proficient in all MS Office.

6.    Good interpersonal relations and good behavioural traits.

5. IT SPECIALIST

Information Specialist Job Duties:

1.    Identifies client requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

4.    Resolves retrieval problems by altering design to meet requirements.

6. SAP DATA ENCODER

Qualifications:

1.    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

2.    Not more than 26 years old

3.    Knowledgeable in SAP or any warehouse management system

4.    Can type at least 30wpm

7. FARM SUPERVISOR

General work scope:

Supervise and organize poultry workers. Technical knowledge and monitoring skills on electrical, mechanical, carpentry and welding jobs. Plan and organize the over-all operation of poultry farm. Maintain records on mortality, feeding, medication, vaccination, etc. Assure proper maintenance of farm equipment such as water, heating, lighting, and ventilation system.

Graduate of Agriculture Major in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, or related courses

8. ACCOUNTING STAFF

General work scope:

Provide direct assistance to accounting supervisor in delivering timely report to management.

Job role:

1. Requires attention to details and accuracy on vouchering and data entry of payables.

2. Prepare, encode, monitor, sort, and establish filing of invoices, vouchers, checks, and receipts.

3. Counter check receipts and resolve invoice discrepancies.

4. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

5. Prepare and process accounts payable checks, charge invoice, delivery receipts, and statement of accounts.

6. Prepare analysis of accounts and reconciliation of payments.

7. Establish monthly report and bookkeeping procedure.

13. AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC

General work scope:

Provide direct assistance to Technical Manager or Technical Head serving all affiliates in overhauling and repairs in all vehicles and provide maintenance.

Job Role:

1.  Performs tune-ups on vehicles. Overhauls and repairs engines and transmissions on gas and diesel equipment.

2.  Overhauls, repairs, and/or replaces other vehicle parts such as parts on steering and brake systems. Replaces shock absorbers, checks and balances wheels, and checks for proper tire alignment

3.  Performs diversified electrical work on all automotive and related equipment, such as servicing, installing batteries and terminals, repairing and adjusting lights, and repairing generators and starters.

4.  Troubleshoots and repairs or replaces digital electronic components.

5.  Performs emission control repair, replacement, and testing on all required vehicles.

6.  Road tests vehicles to locate operational defects prior to returning to active use.

7.  Overhauls, repairs, and maintains heavy equipment which may include tractors, crawlers, and the like.

8.  Knowledge in Machining to operate mechanic trouble.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1.    Knowledge of automotive and heavy equipment diagnosis and repair.

2.    Skill in the diagnosis and repair of automotive, heavy equipment, or farm equipment.

3.    Skill in operating shop tools and machines.

14. BUTCHER

General work scope:

• Responsible for planning, preparing, ordering and inventory of meats in accordance with the standards and plating guide specifications as well as maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation for work areas and equipment.

• Performs the meat cutting functions. These includes but not limited to scraping and traying products, grinding meats and cutting and processing meat according to requirements and perform all meat associated responsibilities as needed.

•Weigh all items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice.

•Monitor production efficiency within the food processing plant.

Qualifications

Preferably Male, not more than 30 years old

At least College Level/Short-course/Vocational Course

At least 1 to 3 years hands on experience as Butcher must have accurate knife skills and has the ability to follow recipes and Support Company in all aspects of cost control

General work scope:

Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of ice, and ice crates to and from various destinations to assists orders and deliveries when demanded.

Wash and cleans interior and exterior of assigned unit.

Take care of unit and manage maintenance and repair schedule to mechanic.

Ability to deal effectively and patiently with co-employees.
