Job Scope:


  • Dealing with correspondence i.e. email management – sending and responding to emails
  • Organising CEO’s diary, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Transcribes recorded dictations for emails/meeting minutes
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them in an appropriate manner
  • Creating reports and presentations in PowerPoint and Excel format
  • Advance knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to create new and/or populate existing spreadsheets
  • Manage Sales Database, Production Schedule

Characteristics/Qualities:

  • Very professional attitude
  • Initiative
  • Organized
  • Excellent English skills i.e. speaking and writing
  • Previous job as secretary, administrative assistant, or VA
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Able to work full time at our Davao office.

Offer:

Full time salary position.
10 days paid holiday per year from start of employment plus public holidays.
Salary offer – Php16,000.00
