JOB DESCRIPTION
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): familiar with collection techniques and loan monitoring, experience in the real estate is an advantage. Organized and systematic.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced in Customer Service or equivalent.
• 2 Full-time positions available.
Compensation and Benefits:
• 13th, 14th, 15th month bonuses;
• Quarterly Rice Incentive;
• Quarterly Performance Incentive (quota based);
• Annual summer outing;
• Annual company trip abroad (quota based);
• Medical health insurance coverage upon regularization;
• Educational support for one child (3 years after regularization).
