The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible in providing information to OFWs and balikbayans and their family on queries on membership and other needs, requests and complaints; provide them their information requirements about OWWA, POEA, SSS, Philhealth, BDO accounts and remittances updates or status; and offer them information on tour packages, hotel discounts and the like in order to foster customer satisfaction, resulting to long term and loyal business relationships and synergized business activities within the niche.
Requirements:
- Male/Female; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Pleasing personality
- Excellent communication skills is an advantage
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
