Crop Protection Supervisor
- responsible for making Crop Protection research proposals, project execution, and termination and provides project recommendation including the implementation of approved research projects, consolidation of data and report making
•BS Agri-business, Plant Pathology or any related fields;
•2-3 years of relevant experience in Agriculture and/or Agri-business setting;
•Adept in research tools and techniques; knowledge in Total Quality Management, Problem Solving Tools and banana farm practices.
•Residing in Davao Del Sur is an advantage;
•Holder of professional drivers license (Restriction 1,2) is an advantage;
Post-Harvest Research Assistant
- responsible for conducting trials related to post-harvest operations of banana and other crops production
•BS Agriculture major in Horticulture with post-harvest study as field of specialization;
•1-2 years of relevant experiences in handling post-harvest projects of fresh fruits and vegetables;
•Must have a depth knowledge on banana packing house and postharvest operations;
•Adept in research tools and techniques; knowledge in Total Quality Management, Problem Solving Tools and banana farm practices.
Crop Protection Research Assistant
- responsible for the establishment of trials and experiments for the control of banana insect pest
•BS Agriculture major in Crop Protection/ Entomology;
•1- 2 years of relevant experiences in handling pre-harvest projects of fresh fruits and vegetables
•Knowledgeable on banana insect pest control;
•Adept in research tools and techniques; knowledge in Total Quality Management, Problem Solving Tools and banana farm practices.
•They will also assist in the smooth running of the company’s projects, ensuring appropriate inter- and intra-departmental communication thru effective day-to-day administration and coordination.
