We are in need of Certification Assistant,
who will provide support for the Certification Projects and for the effective documentation and implementation of all certification programs and requirements requested by the client. He/ She will also coordinate with all operating departments to ensure smooth flow of activities involving the certification process and its improvements and assist in the smooth running of the company’s projects, ensuring appropriate inter- and intra-departmental communication thru effective day-to-day administration and coordination.

The ideal candidate:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or its equivalent, Socio- economic or its
equivalent to Liberal Arts;
Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge in banana field practices is an advantage;
In depth knowledge on Management Systems like ISO 9001: 2008, Global Gap, GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, Fairtrade;
Has excellent oral and written communication skills;
Can work harmoniously in a multi-cultural environment.
