HR Officer, Cashier and Mechanical Engineer for Mandaue Foam

Started in 1971 by Mrs. Rosita T. Uy as a foam manufacturer in Cebu, Mandaue Foam has rapidly grown over the past 40 years because of its commitment to provide its customers with quality and value for money products. HR Officer
•Graduate of BS Psychology
•Female, not more than 28 years old

•Has extensive experience in HR facets specially in Employee Relation and/ or Training
•Has strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
•At least 2 years of working experience in General HR is required for this position
•Fair knowledge of techniques of interviewing, selecting and recruiting applicants for employment.
•Computer Proficient
•Must be willing to work in Davao City

Cashier
•Graduate of any four (4) year course
•Female, not more than 28 years old
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
•can do repetitious work accurately
•With excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people from all levels of the company
•critical thinker with above average analytical skills, organized and systematic.
•Trustworthy
•Computer Proficient
•Must be willing to work in Davao City

Mechanical Engineer
•Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
•Male, not more than 35 years old
•Knows how to manipulate and operate basic machine tools and troubleshooting
•At least two (2) year hands – on experience in facility management, repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing industry, in supervisory capacity
•Working knowledge on technical and analytical troubleshooting and total productivity maintenance
•Result oriented and able to work under pressure
•Computer Proficient
•Must be willing to travel
•Must be willing to work in Davao City
