Work Environment
Work shall be undertaken from our main office in Qurino, Davao City, Philippines on a daily basis, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occassionally be asked to go out on the field to attend various trade shows and universities.

Responsibilities:

Position Description:
The marketing assistant guides, creates and implements marketing campaigns in order to drive growth in the virtualjobs.ph project.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement procedure documentation for all marketing campaigns
Implementing, Tracking & Reporting back to management with detailed reports
Develop creative marketing campaigns that help drive traffic & customers to the website
Manage social media campaigns with constant, informative and friendly communication
Meet KPI’s on a monthly basis as set by management
Grow the database of Filipino resumes on the website by gaining as much exposure both online and offline
Write blog posts and articles for the website in well written english
Contact potential overseas clients that may be interested in signing up for access to resumes and job postings
Create and send email campaigns
Attend job fairs to gain exposure for the website
Attend universities on a regular basis to gain exposure for the website
Primary Objectives:
Beyond what the person in the position actually does, list the primary goals and objectives of the position for its overall contribution to the organization. For example, a Human Resources Manager might list items such as these:
Increase the number of active resumes on the website on a month to month basis
Develop & gain exposure via SEO / Google
Develop marketing campaigns and procedures that have proven to work effectively
Develop a social media campaign that generates user interaction & therefore has a word of mouth affect
Increase the number of active employers signed up to the site

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work in Qurino.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
