TADECO needs Civil Engineer, Technical Staff, Junior Auditor, Crane Operator

2 – Civil Engineering Foreman (A0702)

The position is responsible for the supervision of all operations of CE Roads and Bridges Section.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Must have at least 3 years experience in the field of Civil Engineering works, knows how to design and estimate, computer literate.
• Responsible, can accomplish assignments with minimal supervision, and possess good interpersonal relationship skills.

1 – Technical Staff (A0852)

The position is responsible for the conduct of financial-related studies and evaluation for TADECO and the ANFLO North Companies.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Business -related course with good accounting background.
• Must be highly proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be able to deal with various work pressures.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess very good leadership, planning, and interpersonal relationship skills.

3 – Junior Auditor (A0767)

The position is responsible for the evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the Company’s management control system through the conduct of independent appraisals of the policies and procedures established to direct the Company’s activities in the course of accomplishing its goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy which implies an understanding of the principles, procedures, and practices of accounting, financial records and transaction.
• Must exhibit proficiency in internal auditing principles, methods and procedures.
• Has the ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts relevant to assigned engagements and tasks
• Possess good oral and written communication skills, signifying ability to prepare and present concise written and oral reports.
• Must be results oriented, can work with minimal supervision, must be able to deal with pressure and can easily work with people.

1 – Crane Operator (A0807)
The position is responsible for operating a crane unit to be used in the excavation of primary and secondary canals, de-silting of rivers, construction of bridges and other infrastructures.

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years experience in crane operations.
• Knowledgeable in all types of activities of crane unit like canal excavation, repair and desilting, pile driving operations, etc.
• With Professional Driver’s License and pass actual driving exam conducted by HRD and Mechanical Engineering.
• With good interpersonal relationship skills; must be physically and morally fit.
