BROKER SALES OFFICER (Davao City)

• Graduate of any Business Course
• With at least 3-5 years experience in managing brokers
• With background in organizing sales activities such as open houses, planning conferences and sales awards
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a great advantage

SALES TEAM HEAD (Davao City)

• Graduate of any Business Course
• With at least 5 years experience in managing brokers and/or in-house sellers;
• Must have worked in a Property Development Company;
• With experience in organizing sales activities such as open houses, planning conferences and sales awards;
• With excellent leadership qualities and personable;
• Preferrably a resident of Davao City

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (Davao City)

• Graduate of any Business Course;
• With above average scholastic record;
• With exposure in conducting market research and competitive survey, feasibility studies;
• Fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

MARKETING SUPPORT OFFICER (Davao City)

• Graduate of Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts or equivalent;
• Must be knowledgeable in conceptualizing, planning and implementing marketing plans and strategies, events management;
• With at least 3 yrs work experience in the related field;
• Work experience in a Property Development company or in the real estate industry is an advantage

PROJECT ENGINEERS (Davao/Zamboanga/Butuan)

• Graduate of Civil Engineering; preferably licensed;
• At least 2-3 years experience in construction works in either housing, building (medium-rise or high-rise), and/or land development projects;
• Able to plan, organize and lead project/construction related activities and resources;

SALES ASSISTANT (Davao/Butuan/Zamboanga)

• Graduate of any business related course;
• Preferably with sales background;
• With experience in organizing sales activities such as open houses, planning conferences and sales awards;
