Position: ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR FOR OPERATIONS/Security Officer
– Disposition reports / DTR Summary / DDO preparation
Job Description:
1. Monitors and updates the monthly disposition report. Checks and verifies licensed security guard movement and accounts all licensed firearms eg. Security guard on leave, AWOL, resigned, terminated, on pooling, relievers, and or applicants.
2. Follow up on submission of required data for the generation of the monthly disposition report eg. Clients, complete names of security guards per client, educational background of security guards, license NR number and date of expiration of security guards, SSS number of security guards, firearms issued based on Duty Detail Order (DDO), insurance policy number and corresponding amount of insurance of security guards, and the amount of SSS monthly contribution of security guards.
3. Collates all data gathered making sure they are complete, accurate, and current and encodes the data into a full disposition report.
4. Responsible in the collection of DTRs from all security guard with the collaboration form the Operations Security Officer.
5. Follow up submission of DTRs from security guards making sure all fields are correct, complete, and accurate; collaborates with Operations Security Officer in the submission of DTRs.
6. Summarizes all data from submitted DTRs and submits them to HRD for processing.
7. Responsible in the preparation and issuance of the Duty Detail Order and submits them to the authorized Security Officer or Officer in charge for signature.
8. Informs the General Manager of all facts and updates that are revealed in the disposition reports; submits to the General Manager the latest monthly disposition report ahead of the deadline.
9. Collaborates with the HR Department on all security guard movement eg. AWOL, expired SG licenses double posting of security guards, and or any irregularities revealed by the disposition reports; collaborates with HRD on submission and checking of DTRs for payroll processing.
Job Specifications:
1.) Preferably graduate of BS in Criminology
2.) Have excellent organizational/communication skills.
3.) Must have pleasant and positive attitude along with ability to work well with people.
4.) Very skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
5.) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
