-with at least 1-2 years related work experience
-advance skills & knowledge on photo and video editing, adobe photoshop and adobe premiere good background on photography and videography

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
-knowledge of labor & benefit laws
- strong interpersonal & communication skills.
-ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-responsible in the supervision of human resource activities specifically; recruitment and hiring, wage and salary administration, employee benefits and reception activities
-interview job applicants; review applications/resume; evaluate applicants skills and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications
-prepare and maintain company salary structure, job description, job evaluation system
- conduct wage compensation survey as basis for upgrading the company's salary structure
-administer and explain benefits of employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance providers
- provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation
- develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
-submit periodic and/or status reports of activities undertaken
-other duties as assigned
Position: Architect
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-Male, not more than 30 years old
-Must be a Licensed Architect
-Above average oral and written communication skills
-AutoCAD literate and other computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and others)
