Requirements:
• Graduate of Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering Course
• At least three (3) year relevant experience in commercial and industrial sales; applicants with no sales experience and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Familiarity with the preparation and participation in government biddings, an advantage
• Familiar with key cities of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to speak the local dialect of the area of assignment, an advantage
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid professional driver’s license
• Willing to travel
• Preferably single but not required; Preferably Male
• Between 21 to 45 years of age
• Provincial Assignments: Visayas, (Cebu, Iloilo-based) and Mindanao (Cagayan de Oro or Davao-based)


Duties & Responsibilities:

The Sales Engineer works closely with the Sales Team to manage the technical strategy of the sales cycle in order to achieve revenue goals within the assigned territory. The position is a front-line customer contact role requiring the highest levels of technical capabilities, sales savvy and people skills.
• Works closely with the Sales Team to create and manage the technical strategy for opportunities in support of revenue goals;
• Sells effectively to prospects via technical presentations, product demonstrations and written or verbal communications;
• Responds to prospects’ sales and technical needs and inquiries in a timely manner;
• Demonstrates comfort working directly with customers in the sales and account management process;
• Renders support for new clients who could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in areas of assignment
• Travels to visit existing and potential clients
• Establishes new, maintains existing, long term relationships with customers
• Manages and interprets customer requirements -listens to clients and uses analytical questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
• Persuades clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Calculates client quotations
• Negotiates tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education and after -sales support services
• Meets regular sales targets
• Records and maintains client contact data base
• Coordinates sales projects
• Supports marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Liaising with other members of the sales team as needed
• Solving clients problems
• Collects all receivables due from clients within terms of payment
• Coordinates deliveries and attend to client concerns.
