Pharmacist (Davao, Gensan, Panabo, Mati, Tagum, Surigao, Cagayan, Pagadian, Cotabato)

Job Description

1. To dispense correct prescription. To read and check carefully the prescription to be dispensed.
2. To record and keep a file of all prescription filled up. Ordinary, DD preparation, precursor and essential chemical, and DD if any. Update record books.
3. To have a record book for selected non-prescription drugs.
4. To submit semi-annual report on wholesale for exempt preparation to DDB.
5. To see to it that we don't sell adulterated, substandard, unregistered, expired and sample drugs or products.

6. To renew BFAD licenses (LTO, PTR, S License).
7. To properly implement rules and regulation issued by BFAD.
8. To handle Senior citizen customers and prepare OSCA price difference form.
9. In-charge of the cleanliness and expiry date of stocks in the prescription counter and in the refrigerator.
10. To conduct bodily inspection on branch manager / asst.branch manager.
11. In the absence of the Branch Manager/Asst.Branch Manager, to assume all their duties and responsibilities including bodily inspection on all personnel and garbage inspection.
12. To do patient counseling. And help in selling during peak hours.
13. To pass a monthly nubain/stadol report to NARCOM/COSAP
14. To pass a semi-aanual report on precursor and essential chemical record to PDEA.

Qualification:

1. Male / Female
2. 20 - 30 years old
3. License Pharmacist
4. With pleasing personality
5. With or Without experience
6. Flexible and can do multitasking
7. Have self driven personality
8. Willing to be assign anywhere.
