Thunder Tactical Gear Needs Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee production operations of the company directly reporting to the General Manager.
• Shall be responsible in identifying and resolving production-related issues.
• Shall ensure that production output meets customer standards and requirements.
• Shall be responsible in managing performance of the Sewing, Finishing, Quality Control, Outbound Logistics sections of the company.
• Shall supervise the performance of sewing operations and provide technical support to all tailors to ensure compliance to the required standard. Will act in any circumstances and be resourceful all the time.

Requirements:

• Male or Female, 21 to 30 years old
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s or a College Degree. Additional Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate related to the job is an advantage.
• At least two (2) years of actual experience in manufacturing company which specializes on bags, luggage, garments, shoes, apparel, fabrics, straps or other equivalent products.
• Managerial or Supervisory experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Very familiar with manufacturing equipment (like high speed sewing machines), process and procedures.
• With Auto CAD knowledge and user experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in tactical matters is an advantage
• A team player with leadership, planning, problem-solving skills and ability to get things done properly on time.
• With pleasant personality, cheerful disposition and of good moral character.
• Can communicate well in English and Filipino.
