Qualifications

  • At least 2 Years Call Center experience
  • w/ Managerial experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, very analytical
  • Has demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills


Description

  • Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients
  • Minimizes client attrition by renewing service contracts.
  • Identifies potential client concerns and pro-actively resolves them.
  • Up -sell clients on other products and services offered by the company
  • Makes sure that the client`s quota and needs are met within the specified time frame agreed upon in the contract
  • Responsible in keeping the production leader updated with any changes or feedback coming from the client.
  • Familiarizes the group with the client needs, specifications, design targets, development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support overall performance.
  • Monthly aims for a 100% Client Retention Rate, no outstanding collections from the clients, and acceptable revenue per agent.
