- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With at least 6 years of experience in selling FMCG (Food, Beverage, Chips, Cholates, Candies)
- With at least 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- With experience in handling Visayas and Mindanao area
- Will be based in Visayas or Mindanao
- With experience in Trade Marketing Development, Implementation and Control
- With People Management Experience
- Familiar (through experience) with Visayas and/or Mindanao Cities, Supermarkets, Groceries, Wet markets.
- Have residence in Visayas or Mindanao
- Wide experience in handling FMCG products
- Good negotiator and a Business Planner
- Leadership by empowering his/her people
- Passion to do fieldwork, has no problem working under the sun or rain, hot or wet weather
- Other advantages are: Good sense of direction, Street-smart, with supervisory experience, pleasing personality, emotionally stable and shows prudence and resiliency during difficult situations (Hindi maselan)
- Highly disciplined, reliable and trustworthy. Can establish good rapport with Distributors, and co-workers
