Reporting directly to Director for Operations
Job Grading Level C
Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• 25 to 35 years old
• Marketing/Management/Business Administration/Advertising course from a reputable
school
• At least 2-3 years in advertising, events or logistics company
• Good track record of accomplishment from previous employers
• Has good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills. Can relate to all types of people
• Advanced MS applications user (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for appointing key people in the Organization
• Leads the day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns and
programs
• Assists on the development of Organizational and Client strategies and goals
• Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team
• Highly understands the Company’s capabilities of service and effectively
communicates all product/service offerings to all staff towards the knowledge and
better understanding of all Clients
• Works closely with the project teams in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of
project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or
related to the project
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and that quality standards
are met.
• Develop systems to improve operational standards and guidelines



Key Result Area (KRA)

A.FIELD PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT - This aspect rates the coordinator on how he / she manages the deployment of field personnel

B.MERCHANDISING ACTIVITIES EXECUTION - This aspects rates the person on how he or she manages the realization of Client objectives on Merchandising Activities

C.ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES - This aspect rates the SBU on how he / she complies with administrative functions
D.LEADERSHIP - Shows the overall strength level of the leader on board
