- To plan organize direct control and evaluate the overall operations of the F.O to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and quality service.
- To ensure staff’s high level professionalism and customer service with hotel guests.
- Preferably female between 25 to 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as F.O Manager/ Supervisor
- Excellent customer service and training skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Leadership and good organizational skills
- Computer Literate
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Systematic and Organized
- High esteem with pleasing personality.
