Responsibilities:
  • To plan organize direct control and evaluate the overall operations of the F.O to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • To ensure staff’s high level professionalism and customer service with hotel guests.
Requirements:

  • Preferably female between 25 to 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience as F.O Manager/ Supervisor
  • Excellent customer service and training skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Leadership and good organizational skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Systematic and Organized
  • High esteem with pleasing personality.
