- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s college degree, food and beverage services management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in that related field is required for this position
- Not more than 40 years old
- With good communication skills
- Must be hardworking and flexible
- Leadership and good organizational skills
- Hotel experience is a must
- At least assistant executive chef but not necessary.
