Responsibilities:
- Supervises the work of all Public Area Attendants/Room Attendants to ensure that front and back of the house are well maintained at all times.
- Conducts staff skills training and follows up the implementation of the training program.
- Conducts daily staff briefing before the start of each shift.
- Prepare daily staff work assignment and distribution.
Requirements:
- Male or Female not more than 40 years old
- 2-3 years supervisory work experience in a hotel
- Meticulous attention to details, results and service oriented
- Physically able to walk around all day
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Computer Literate
- Team Player
- Systematic and Organized
- Good customer service skills
- Establishes or complements housekeeping operating procedures standards.
