Bond-Saad Architecture and Interior Design Firm in Davao City needs the following:

Architects/interior designer and Architectural Draftsman:

• License architects/interior or architecture graduate.
• 1-2 years of experience in interior/architectural design firm.
• Proficient in Auto Cad (2d) Other CAD tools will be considered as a plus.
• Prepare clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail of architecture/ interior design drawings from sketches or 3D render shots
• Coding furniture’s & finishes base on bill of quantity given from estimation department.
• Prepare the drawings with high precisions and as per designer orders and within a time frame as specified from the head of the department.
• High responsibility to incorporate all details of the drawing.
• Complete coordination with design team members.
• Position Available – 10 Nos

Cost Estimator

• License architects/civil, architecture graduate or equivalent.
• Estimation of large prestigious high-end interior fit-out or architectural projects.
• Preparation of bills of quantities.
• Estimating and cost control.
• Managing full tender process.
• Interpreting specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents.
• Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.
• Position Available – 7 Nos

ELECTRICAL DRAFTSMAN:

• Bachelor’s or License Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional in Auto Cad Drafting.
• Experience in building Design and drafting of Electrical services such Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency lighting, CCTV, Music System, SMATV, MATV, Data, Telephone etc for residential Building, Hospitals, Hotels, Malls etc.
• Should possess Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Gulf/GCC Experience is an added advantage.
• Position Available – 3 Nos

MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN:

• Bachelors or License Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional in Auto Cad Drafting.
• Experience in building Design and drafting of Mechanical services such as HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water Supply, Drainage etc for residential Building, Hospitals, Hotels, Malls etc.
• Should possess Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Gulf/GCC Experience is an added advantage.
• Position Available – 03 Nos
