Qualifications:
Male/Female; at least 22 years old
Preferably a graduate of BS-Engineering or any business related courses (Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or Management)
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Must be highly organized and analytical, and must have interpersonal and leadership abilities
Has the ability to perform in a dynamic, multi-tasking work environment
Has the ability to physically inspect property and physical capital assets
Experience in property management is an advantage
Willing to be assigned in Tagum City
