Hiring Details: Team Leader – Inbound/Outbound (Davao City)

• College Graduate
• At least 2 years supervisory experience
• Microsoft Office literate
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to identify and analyze problems within the campaign and provide logical solutions
• Ability to handle diverse people
• Ability to interpret reports and data
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable in dealing with clients
• Excellent motivational skills
• Ability to make effective use of resources
• Excellent selling skills
• Must possess excellent English communication skills
• Must have solid problem solving skills
• Can multi-task
