It specializes in selling construction finishing materials such as floor coverings, water closets, bathroom fixtures & accessories, plumbing and the like. Through the years, it gradually achieved recognition in Davao community as a company that provides high value products and services to its customers.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

· Male or Female, 25 – 35 years of age

· Graduate of any 4-year course

· Supervisory experience preferably in retailing business

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills

· With pleasing personality

· A good team player and result oriented

· Willing to be assigned in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao

HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

· Male or Female, 25 to 30 years old

· Graduate of Behavioral Science or any 4-years business course

· With at least two (2) years of HR supervisory experience

· Knowledge on multiple human resource discipline

· Willing to travel

DRAFTSMAN

· Not more than 30 years old

· With at least one (1) year experience in construction projects

· Able to prepare materials take off/ estimate

· AutoCAD proficiency ( 3D & 2D )

INTERNAL CONTROL - STAFF

· BS Accountancy graduate

· With experience in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements

· Good analytical skills

· Work well with numbers and must have a keen eye for details

SECURITY STAFF/ INVESTIGATOR

· College graduate

· 25 to 30 years old

· Adept in investigation

· Proficient in English ( verbal & writing )

· Computer literate

· Can work with minimal supervision

· Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines

REALTY IN-CHARGE

· College graduate

· Excellent in interpersonal communication

· Results oriented and can work under pressure

· Experience in processing purchase and transfer of properties, government licenses, intellectual, property of registration and other realty related documentation
