JOB SUMMARY:
Assists the General Manager with clerical work and other relevant functions; monitors the payment transaction of the operations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
File and safekeep important documents of the company
Screen calls for the General Manager
Takes down minutes of meetings
Facilitates Unit Payments for Primus and other operational expenditures
facilitate online deposits of transactions
check validated deposit slips / official receipts
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. a graduate of any four-year business-related course
2. with good communication and interpersonal skills
3. organized and systematic
4. with at least 6 months of relevant work experience
