Responsibilities
Identify key responsibilities and how they are accomplished
OPERATIONS:
1. Meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by Company
2. Responds within the KPI targets using approved SOP and guidelines and/or coordinates with Departments involved on issues at hand. Otherwise, elevates matter to Supervisor for immediate resolution
3. Understands all current promotions and challenges and ensures accurate dissemination to the Sales Force
ORDER PROCESSING:
1. Processes all types of orders (walk-in, fax, e-mail, etc) in the computer system
2. Reconciles all orders/transactions on a daily basis. Remits collection to Operations Supervisor
ADMINISTRATIVE:
1. Verifies information of submitted Beauty Consultant Agreements (BCAs). Accurately encodes data in the Iris System
2. Performs necessary housekeeping duties in order to maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment
3. Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to identify and resolve problems and accomplish company goals
4. Ensures that all received and sent documents comply with established processes, policies and procedures and are organized for easy reference in the future
1. At least 2-3 years experience in a Customer Service function in a :
- call center or contact center
- hotel, company in the same industry
(With cashiering experience would be an advantage.) 1. Can work under minimum supervision
2. Graduate of a four- or five-year course 2. Has initiative
3. Is computer literate 3. Is a team-player
