SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Graduate of Any 4-Year Business Course;
• Male or Female, 21-30 Years Old;
• Proficient in Oral and Written Communication;
• Willing to do field work;
• Willing to learn and be trained;
• Can work under pressure;
• Team player, flexible, creative and aggressive;
• Physically Fit;
• Sales Experience is not necessary though an Advantage

SALES ASSISTANT

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Female, 21 to 27 years old
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Computer literate
• Proficient in Oral and Written Communication skills
• With good interpersonal skills
• Willing to do overtime work
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision, dependable and reliable
• Team player, flexible, creative and aggressive
• Physically Fit
• Can handle multi-task responsibilities
• Organized, customer-oriented and with a cheerful disposition

THE JOB:

• Prepares business correspondence, memo, etc
• Prepares Bidding requirements
• Prepares quotations and proposals to clients
• Receives Incoming Calls
• Purchase Orders
• Monitors lead generation updates
• Prepares Out of Town Replenishment
• Prepares Stock Requisition Form (SRF)
• Prepares Monthly Report and Sales Update
