He/she ensures every department’s spontaneous operations in attaining goals and objectives of the company. Duties and Responsibilities: • Understanding strategic objectives • Developing an operation or strategies • Designing the operation's products, services and processes • Planning and controlling • Improving the performance of the operation Qualifications: • Female/male • 25 to 35 years old • Single/married • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Operation Management or any Business related courses • With a 5 years experience as Operation Manager
