Service Advisor

Qualifications:
The job involves assisting customers in having their vehicles serviced in the dealership in order to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: • Male or female, not over 30 years of age • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or equivalent o Mechanical Engineering graduates are welcome to apply • General knowledge of vehicle operation and/or previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage • With at least 2 years work experience is an advantage • With valid driver’s license and actual (1) year driving experience is a plus • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Confident, customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal relationship skills • Willing to be extensively trained
