The PCPPI Sales Leadership Development Program ((SLDP) provides a comprehensive training in the PCPPI sales operation thru an extensive 12-month focused Learning & Development plan and strengthened Trainee-Mentor support programs, to prepare the Trainee to assume the Sales Manager post in one year.

- 25– 30 years old
- College graduate
- With at least 3-5 years sales experience.
- Highly Mobile
- With excellent communication skills
- Resilient and has the ability to cope with rejection
- With high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Has the capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
- Strong Leadership Potential
