NextBPO Solution needs Technical Recruiter


Job Overview:
The Technical Recruiter plays a key role in sourcing highly talented professionals who will perform important roles in the organization. She must possess an extraordinary skill in identifying and successfully recruiting A-Players. Other than this, she is also expected to:

- Manage the company's online job placements;
- Search for qualified candidates from online resume banks;
- Screen/pre-qualify prospective candidates;
- Conduct pre-qualification tests for pre-screened candidates;
- Match client's requirements from available talent pool;
- Ensure constant availability of talents for critical positions;

Requirements:
- Good English communications skills;
Proficient in MS Office and other online applications (esp. Skype);
- A good IT exposure/background is required (especially in screening candidates for IT positions)
- Can work in different time zones;
- Must be willing to work in Davao City;

- Skilled in using different tools for candidate screening;
- Must possess at least 3-5 years experience in recruitment work, experienced recruiter in the BPO industry highly preferred;
