Requirements:
 - Has experience in email marketing campaigns.
 - Fluent in English.
 - Exceptional combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

 - Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to partner across an organization to get stuff done.

Job Description:
• Define Doclocker's email marketing strategy.
• Manage the design, customer segmentation, messaging, analytics and test-and-learn strategies for all email marketing communications.
• Own the email marketing calendar and testing schedule to achieve organizational objectives
• Deliver analysis and reporting of campaign and operational email performance. Communicate results and provide/implement improvement recommendations.
• Identify site enhancements needed to increase email list growth, decrease opt-out rate and increase email performance.
• Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices.
• Coordination of creative development & production.
• Management of the relationship with the email service provider.


Salary Offer: Based on Experience (negotiable)
